Terms of Service

Last updated 26 October 2026. These terms apply to your use of lodeline.org and to your communications with LodeLine, Inc. ("Lodeline", "we" or "us"). Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Agreement to terms

By using this site, sending a form or booking a meeting, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Description of services

Lodeline helps suppliers organize supply-chain documentation for DFARS 252.225-7052 and 252.225-7961: strategy meetings, supplier questions, evidence packs and scoped pilots. This site also offers a readiness checklist, a readiness check and a live demo. Lodeline provides documentation and analysis, not legal advice or government certification. Whether the clause applies, whether an exception is available and whether evidence is accepted depend on the contract and the responsible reviewer.

User responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information, and to share information about your company or its suppliers only if you are authorized to do so. Do not send controlled technical data, drawings, contract files, sensitive supplier information or export-controlled information through this site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose; not to interfere with its operation or security; not to try to access systems or data without authorization; not to send automated or bulk form submissions; and not to give false information or impersonate anyone.

SMS messaging terms

• Program: customer care text messages from Lodeline about your meeting request, scheduling and confirmations. No marketing messages. You receive texts only if you check the SMS consent box on our form.
• Message frequency varies, usually fewer than 5 per request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further texts.
• For help, reply HELP, email info@lodeline.org or call (602) 782-9731.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be 18 or older. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, graphics, logo, checklist, sample evidence pack and demo, belongs to Lodeline or its licensors. You may view it and download the checklist and sample evidence pack for your own internal business use. Do not copy, resell or republish it without our written permission. Photo credits are listed on the pages where the photos appear.

Disclaimers

This site and its free materials are provided "as is" for general information. They are not legal advice, and we do not guarantee that any part, supplier or document will be accepted by a customer, prime contractor or government reviewer. Regulations change, so check the current text of the rules that apply to your contracts.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lodeline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or contracts, arising from your use of this site or its free materials. Our total liability for any claim about this site or its free materials is limited to US$100. Paid work is covered by its written agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
